Performance Pathway…..
The Performance Pathway has been running now for four seasons, going into it’s fifth; as a committee we felt we needed to offer more to our most talented girls with a clear pathway to them grow as a netballer. We have discussed this pathway in depth at an executive level to decide who we would want involved in the pathway, to ensure we create the right environment, with the right leaders to push the girls and teach them requirements and skills for a potential pathway future.
Girls between the U11s and U14s squads have been selected by their coach to experience the Pathway for this season.
The Pathway will be encouraging the girls to take their netball skills to the next level, allowing them to prepare for the County, and Franchise pathways in the future.
The players will have access to experienced and highly qualified coaches, and able to attend an additional 1.5 hrs per week of training. There will also be access to our Senior squads, training and specialist sessions to support long term growth within our great club.
