Strength & Conditioning Programme…..
We are incredibly excited to launch the new Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Programme and encourage as many Year 6 to Year 11 players as possible to add this to their weekly training schedule.
With this new programme, coaches can focus on ball skills, drills, and game play during training sessions, rather than trying to cover everything, including fitness and S&C, in just an hour and a half each week
We are fortunate to have an experienced personal trainer who is also a netball coach available to lead these S&C sessions. Many of you may already know Lauren Davis, who runs the Performance Pathway sessions. Lauren has now agreed to provide additional S&C sessions for the wider club.
